Why I was not hired? The most common question to ourselves if we applied for a job and unfortunately rejected for the position we applied for. It is simply because we did not passed the interview.

Here are the reasons that I think employers noticed during the interview that they did not hire the applicant who had good resume but did not pass the interview.
- The applicant had a poor personal appearance.
- The person lacked self confidence that he seemed to be in doubt and was kind of shy.
- The applicant was not able to express himself clearly.
- She was too hyper.
- He was too nervous.
- The person was rude and had no manners.
- He did not have clear set of goals in his life.
- The person would try to avoid answering the question.
- The applicant was so immature. He would insist on doing things the way he wanted it.
- He had a weak handshake and ignored my eye to eye contact.
- She spoke badly about his previous employers. She would say it again to her next employer if she resigned later on after we hired her.
Even if you have a good resume, it is not enough to get hired. An interview can either make or break you. Just be prepared for interview and put your best foot forward.
