  • Raking leaves for 30 mins
  • Doing water aerobics for 20 mins
  • Swimming laps for 20 mins
  • Jumping rope for 15 mins
  • Shoveling snow for 15 mins
  • Stair walking for 15 mins

The number of calories burned is based on men and women of average size with average muscle mass. A smaller person with less than average muscle mass will burn fewer calories.
